Even the little things you use make a statement about who you are. Take the Blade wallet by the Dosh brand of Australia, for example. It comes in bold color combinations and has a minimal profile. Will making a statement come at the cost of functionality? Read on to find out!
The Blade is available in black, white, orange (as shown), yellow, navy, and lime green. The front side has the featured color, and the back side has a neutral color with featured color accents. It has a sleek, minimalist look. With this combination of edgy design and eye popping colors, the Blade wallet will turn heads in the check-out line.
The front side of the Blade (shown above) sports a removable stainless steel money clip. In my experience, it will hold about seven US bills.
While the front side is made from stiffer, rougher Desmopan (a polymer material), the reverse side has slightly softer, more pliable finish to it. This material seems to be durable and scuff-resistant. The material on the back seems a little more prone to get dirty because of its lighter color, but it will wash off.
Only two card slots are present on the back. |
All in all, I think the Blade is a very stylish and durable functional wallet. It is functional, too, as long as you don’t mind limited card capacity. If you need more storage but love the look, Dosh sells other wallets with more card slots, too.
