Dyson Hot- A Very Expensive but Very Hip Take on Heaters

Dyson, a company known for its trend-setting vacuum cleaners, has taken on another mundane appliance, the heater. The new Diyson Hot uses the same Air Multiplier technology in its fans. Here's what Dyson has to say about it:

Air is accelerated through a narrow aperture around the fan loop. This creates a jet of hot air that passes over an airfoil-shaped ramp, which channels its direction. Surrounding cool air is drawn into the airflow, amplifying it 6 times through processes known as inducement and entrainment.

You'll have to spend some dough for one of these cool (pun intended) heaters, however. They retail for $400.
